Delete Your CricCaptain Account & Data
CricCaptain lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data
directly from within the app.
How to request deletion of your account and data
Deleting your account permanently deletes both your account and all data
associated with it. To do this:
- Open the CricCaptain app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Personal Details.
- Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
This deletes your account and all associated data together —
there is no way to delete only one without the other. This action is
permanent and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account/profile information (name, email, login credentials)
- Teams you created and their rosters
- Matches, availability responses, and bowling plans
- Field setups and saved templates
- Invite codes and join requests linked to your account
If you joined as a player (invite code)
If your account was created by joining a team via an invite code, deleting your
account removes your player profile and login, but does not delete the team
itself (the team owner manages that data).
Can't access the app?
If you're unable to sign in to request deletion, email us at
criccaptain.app@gmail.com from
the email address associated with your account, and we will delete your account
and data within 30 days.
